The hotel is old and tired, but the biggest issue was the cleanliness of our room. Our dog found a blue pill on the floor and also sniffed out some chips near the sofa. The worst part was not knowing if he had ingested anything. It was a terrifying morning as we debated whether we needed to rush him to the ER. Thankfully, it appears he only found the one pill, but this should never have happened. I keep thinking about the “what-ifs”—what if he had eaten it, or worse, what if a child had found it? What a terrible experience. On top of that, the hotel didn’t really do anything to address the situation, and we ended up with two sleepless nights. I’m genuinely surprised that no one from upper management has reached out. In addition, the hotel is very loud, with interior doors and car doors slamming throughout the night. Expedia should pull this hotel from their site.
