I've stayed at three other Palihotels. I'm shocked this is under the same brand. I paid extra for a garden room and there was no garden. The hotel overlooks a busy street. And I was charged a resort fee and parking, which entailed them moving my car to a meter right in front of the hotel. Something I could've done myself but they charged me $45/day. Additionally, they didn't provide any coffee/tea/water in the room. And the continental breakfast that I've experienced in their other properties was comprised of horribly stale croissants and Yoplait yogurt. I am so disappointed and can't believe how much I was charged for what felt like a motel.

Room good and clean, no elevator missed that. Nice clean area, walking distance to shops and restaurant. Quick drive to Beverly Hills. Would have loved if they had like a little bar or something so you could enjoy a glass of wine in the little outdoor area.

I love the beautiful room. The lobby is cosy, warm, and sophisticated. When we had breakfast, we feel like home. The pastry is good. The staff are very hepful and friendly. The valet parking is very convenient. The area is safe, lots of restaurants, shops, in the walking distance.

I’ve stayed here twice in the past room. The room, the lobby, the courtyard - everything about this hotel was thoughtfully designed. It’s like 1930s Hollywood vibes. The staff are friendly, there is a lovely little breakfast spread every morning, and it’s in a very walkable area. Highly recommend!

Clean room, very cool furniture. The shower head was from the roof, cool way to shower. The breakfast was excellent, nothing to get full but enough to start your day. The vintage hotel look was out of this world. Definitely recommend it.
