The room was perfect: clean, stocked and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The gym and the pool area were clean and well equipped. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

Let’s start with we got to the hotel for check in on Saturday at 3pm and we were told we couldn’t check in (apparently they didn’t have any clean rooms) finally got checked in to get up to our room that smelled mildew. Went to take a shower and the water only go lukewarm, went down to speak to the front desk and was told maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next morning. They never fixed the issue, never addressed it with me at all. We’re from Redondo and expected much more from our hometown.
