Prepaid the room, got charged when showing up to the location for the full amount for the room a 2nd time. Called the location on September 12th to discuss with the front desk. They said they would send in a note to accounting and get it fixed and they weren't sure why I was charged a 2nd time
Didn't hear back from them so called again on September 16th, person at the front desk says there is no notes in the system about this and will send to accounting to fix.
Didn't hear back again so called on the 22nd, was told there is no note in the system about this and will direct me to accounting.
Staying at the hotel was nice but being charged twice and then two weeks later being told nothing has been done about fixing their issue leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Would recommend staying somewhere that won't double charge you around this area for less head ache.
