First off, my problems may have been resolved if I went to the front desk and complained. But it was a LONG day of driving and I just wanted to eat and sleep. Pros: Room 209 was HUGE. The furniture, bathroom, curtains were modern. It's safe! Parking garage downstairs, card entry stairwells, cameras everywhere. Great Location! There is a bistro downstairs and restaurants, lounges, and convenience stores across the street. CONS: The door was covered in old dirty hand prints.Although the room was very clean, it smelled like a bathroom. The toilet took 1 hr to fill so it could flush. I filled the tank with water from the sink to make it work faster. Overall, the cost was low and I will probably stay here again. Just not in room 209.

The room was just ok no carpeting and the wood floors were not in good shape. Seemed as though there was water damage. I was disappointed as we travel there often and had been looking for a place we could recommend.

Location is excellent, close to fwy, restaurants. The room was spacious and overall very good. Some of furniture is 9utdated and the AC made small noise when it was on high but other then that it was worth the stay.

I like that it’s local and the cleaning ladies do a good job with what I’m sure they are provided. Bed is comfy and clean but doors and walls are filthy. I can tell no one tries to keep this place up it seems to be falling apart. Couches and furniture is bad. Staff is rude except the young man. Showers and the water pressure or getting hot water is bad. People drink and stand in parking lot for few hrs and you may find a drug addict passing out but at least it’s free. They have cameras to see the lot but they don’t care.

Staff: great. Air conditioning: great. Location: great. Room? There was a roach, the sink was in disarray, and about half of the lights did not work. There were also issues with power to the room shutting on and off, and one of these times came when I was in the shower in the evening (not fun.) I stayed on the second floor, and the noise from the upper floor was very loud and distracting (at night and at morning,) and it made sleep and relaxing very difficult.
