I had a fantastic experience at this motel during my recent stay. I originally booked one room with two queen beds for two nights. Before I arrived, the staff informed me of a plumbing issue with the room and, without any hassle, offered two separate rooms with queen beds at no extra charge. On the second day, they initially mentioned switching back to one room, but after I explained my situation, they went above and beyond to accommodate us by allowing us to continue in the two rooms—again, with no additional cost. The customer service here is truly top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They made sure my family and I were comfortable, and their thoughtful support made a big difference in our trip. The rooms and the property were spotlessly clean, and the area felt very safe and well-maintained. This is hands down one of the best motels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and customer-focused place to stay!
