Beautiful luxury hotel! This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet at Carmelo for 4 days! We also used the spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi! Our room was comfortable, clean and with a nice view. Will definitely come back again!

The property was conveniently located, central shibuya. Close to many shops and food. The hotel itself has a 7-11 and offers great service. L’occitaine lotion and shower goodies were provided. The lounge and breakfast was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Really like this place. Stayed twice over a month. Excellent view , great staff. Convenience store , restaurants, bar , spa and many other things in the same place. Location is a few mins away from Shibuya station and actually just one block away from the Shibuya Stream entrance that you can use to go directly to Yamanote line (and others) if the weather is rough. This entrance is right across the family mart - take the escalator and you’ll be on your way to shops and the station in case the weather is rough outside

Beautiful and massive room, with really comfy bed. The room is far nicer in real life than in the pictures. Great location, easy walking distance to Shibuya Sky and heaps of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Tokyo, everything was perfect and so convenient.
