Very nice and comfortable hotel. Super-friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Lots of dining options in the hotel and plenty more nearby. A short walk to Shibuya station with trains to pretty much anywhere in Tokyo. Direct connection to NRT airport. Room is large with very comfortable bed, lots of amenities. The only thing I would improve is to add a bigger shelf in the shower. Putting shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel on the tiny shelf is impossible.

Excellent service! Beautiful hotel!

We have stayed at the Cerulean multiple times now and have always had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. There are many wonderful restaurant options in the hotel, the location is very convenient but is situated close to but far enough away from the very busy Shibuya station area. Convenient to walk to the station and the bustling Dogenzaka area. We love this hotel and plan to continue staying there on future trips to Tokyo!

I stay there every time I am in Tokyo. My office is in the office part of the building. The staff is uniformly excellent. And now that I know of the new South Entrance to the Shibuya Station even Metro is very easy.

We had a great stay at the Cerulean! It was so clean, and the staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and it’s so close to Shibuya! We highly recommend this hotelto anyone!

I’ve stayed at property several times before and it was great but not so much this time. I did not feel like i got my monies worth this stay and twice staff just barged into my room to “check something” thank goodness i had clothes on! Will consider other options for my next stay in Tokyo
