Parking can be tough later into the night, rooms Are clean, they have been touching up paint during our stay so it looks nice, morning breakfast is pretty good.

We arrived person on front desk wasn’t very polite. Pros Room we had a two bedroom with living and kitchen plenty space and two bathrooms. Quality room was good. Walk to Toy Story parking lot around 16 mins. Free tea, coffee water all the time. Area has lots of restaurants and a target nearby. Got put in room 210 right next to one of the evaporator that runs the whole hvac system it made the most horrendous noise like jet plane engine. Asked to swap rooms told we couldn’t as no space. We then went down again my husband this time showed them the video of the sound. They sent someone look at our actual hvac said it wasn’t ours it was the motor outside room nothing they can do but agreed it was awful. Literally had no sleep all night because of it. Went down spoke to the same receptionist who again wasn’t very polite or welcoming asked to swap rooms we finally got put in a room on level 4 on other side building much quieter. Our experience would been much better if we been on level 4 the whole time. But having to unpack then move all stuff missing valuable time at Disney on our first day was very disappointing had to pack leave all our stuff with them then return at 3 to get our new room.

Got locked out of the room after a long day at Disney. Latch got stuck. Waited after midnight an hour for engineering to open our room door. Only got a $30 refund of one day parking.

This is a good location for families who have plans to visit Disneyland. Lot's of restaurants around in the area and a Target just right across the street from the hotel. The lobby has a big area for breakfast for guests. However, the hallways and rooms need some updating. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the bathrooms were old and the water pressure was low. The sofa was worn out with stains. Their were stains on the walls in the bedrooms and shower walls. The outside of the fridge was dented. The hallways needed to be vaccumed. The elevator was slow. I one point I had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator. There would be long line for families waiting for the elevators. We are use to staying in clean hotels so this was definitely not up to our standard for the price we paid and the Marriot chain.

We loved our stay so much, I kind of wanted to gatekeep. Melanie at the front desk was super helpful! Our room was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us (family of 4). Both bedrooms had their own full bathroom, there were TVs in both bedrooms as well and doors that closed for privacy. Already booked our next stay!

Overall worth the amont paid. Staff were pretty responsive when asked for things like extra towels etc. Room was run down with walls peelin.Deposit was misquoted and hotel took additional withdrawal without authorization. Half of the front counter staff were very grumpy.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars

This hotel is nasty. The sheets were dirty the shower was moldy and the paint was falling off. I deserve a refund because this hotel was not worth the 500 dollars I paid! I will never stay in this hotel again. I should have took pictures of this place it was so dirty. The floors were nasty. The elevator was tagged and it seemed like no one is keeping up with the maintenance. I should have took pictures of everything because the pictures they have on the website are false advertisement. The room itself the paint was chipped in every corner. The toilet was rusted. I can go on about how terrible this place was.
