The team allowed us to check in a little bit early, since we were attending a wedding at the hotel, which started at check-in time. This allowed us to get ready. Enjoyed our stay and the service staff was excellent. Our bell man, the team that helped support the wedding and directed us in the right direction and the front desk that put our friends next door to us.

The room was ok. I stayed there a few months earlier and the room i was in was much nicer even though it was the same booking, a standard king. The bathroom in my first visit had a separate toilet with door in the bathroom. Also went to the hotel bar The Lounge for drinks and apps and were seated and then waited about 10 minutes without service. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Would have informed host or waiter but none were present. It was busy, but still i expect more from the Ritz.
