Stayed a couple of nights. Room had a slight smell, bedsheets were dirty and found a bed bug climbing up the wall. They were able to change the sheets the next day, but found another bed bug climbing up the same wall. I opted to sleep above sheets both nights. Room had its own sink along with a microwave and mini fridge that needed defrosting. Navigating the hallways were slightly confusing, but bathrooms and showers were clean. Staff were fine and the location was too. Would I recommend? Yes, for what it's worth.

Room what was expected! Management said they refunded money for a night not stayed and never did! They told me that they sent the money back to Expedia but never did! Expedia tried to get a hold of the hotel and they never answered! DO NOT STAY HERE, If you have any issues whatsoever, they will not know how to solve them!

It's conveniently located between Chinatown, Little Italy and the financial district. The building is a bit old and outdated. Not complaining since I m paying a fraction of the cost of what the nearby hotels charges.
