Beautiful views off our balcony! The staff was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, valet, bell, front desk, bar/restaurant, maids, everyone was wonderful. My only complaint was that I missed some of the Christmas decor they did in the past. We also tried to hit the bar, but they didn’t open until 5pm both Friday and Saturday nights. We found lots of places nearby though. Had an amazing dinner at Hog Island right across the street. Really had a great trip!

This was a great stay. Parking was easy, right across the street. Our room was on the 16th floor and had an amazing view. There are several spots you can go in the hotel that also have great views. Check in was easy and they even gave us late checkout for no extra charge. The Regency Club appetizers were superb but I was not really a fan of that part, wouldn't recommend paying extra for it, but everything else was so good I still gave 5 stars. (lighting a little bright, lots of screaming kids ruined the vibe for us - rotating lounge still kind of cool) Eclipse Lounge has some great beverages and treats.They removed RC from our tab at checkout since we weren't thrilled by it.

-The room was clean. -Staff is amazing. I requested two additional blankets and they brought them over fast. -Family friendly. -Located within walking distance and felt very safe. -The only downside was that it doesn't state that there is a $91. Valet Parking per Night. I received that info. later after reserving. Luckily there is a parking structure two lights ahead passing the bridge next to the hotel or plaza building for $45. the night on Clay St. (Google: Parking near Exploratorium).
