A Sweet Hotel

This is a sweet hotel. Clean, environmentally friendly, and the rooftop terrace was lovely. Our only complaints were that the breakfast was overpriced so we didn't use it, and our room had no view at all (our room literally looked out on a wall--but maybe that was why the price was so reasonable?).

Nice hotel in excellent location

We really enjoyed our staycation and the location was perfect, on the edge of Chinatown and only 3 blocks from Union Square. The room was in perfect condition and was very quiet. Plenty of amenities are provided, including a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker with pods. The staff is very helpful but not super friendly. Just an efficient operation and perfect for staying in San Francisco.
