The people working there were nice. My only concern is the homelessness around. I know that is out of their control, but that poses some security issues for any individual. Thankfully, people who don't stay there don't easily get access in.

I stayed here before, years ago but now its worse- Homeless and drug users camping on the street in front, being very loud all hours until PD runs them off about 4am. No ice, no AC, no room fridge. Windows had not been cleaned in months and were literally caked with dirt. Hotel has VERY little water pressure- room and showers. Then they waited four days after checking out and hit me with a $25 charge for a "stained washcloth" without trying to contact me. Save yourself a huge hassle and stay somewhere else

Stayed here for Dreamforce ‘25. It was one of the last options available on short notice. The rooms, towels, washrooms are clean, just dated and a bit run down. You really get what you pay for. It was a good deal on the hotel room but note you are in a bit of a sketchier area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep at night.

The room was very clean the staff was very nice friendly.. the area is like horror movie. I will not be coming back to many ppl walking around out side doing drugs like walking zombies. But the price was good. Still not coming back

The place was average. The lights shut off serval times when I had only the fan and my phone pulled in. The place is decent and the worst thing was the homeless people that appeared from 9 pm til morning. It’s very convenient for public transportation. Overall it’s a 5 out of 10

This hotel was in terrible neighborhood. Homeless were surrounding the hotel. It was very scary at night. They had roaches. The bed was hard as a brick!
