Overall it was a nice stay. Room was nice but beds are a little short. Tall people wouldn't be able to stretch out. No carpet on the floor which was great for allergies. Room service and a la carte menu unavailable after 9:30pm and $99 a head for a buffet seemed a little excessive. Staff are super helpful. Train station a short walk away and easy to navigate. Would stay here again no problems.

The walk along the river is very pleasant, and if you're lucky you may see some otters! The room was spacious and recently refurbished. The gym could have had another cross trainer but otherwise was fine. The staff were helpful. This place is a short walk to a mall which was convenient for what we needed. Would stay here again.

I have been at your property on a work trip before. It was the best room I’ve ever stayed in globally. That was why I booked the hotel now for a weekend getaway with my wife. Unfortunately the bathroom was extremely small in comparison what I had for the work trip even though I was certain I booked the same room type. Otherwise everything was good

Couldn’t be happier

I loved everything about this hotel. So close to the train stop, giving easy access to downtown and the airport. Right on the river, with restaurants and casual food options on either side. Otters swimming in the river were a cute surprise! The buffet breakfast was out of this world. So many eastern and western options! And don’t miss the Singapore Sling in the bar. It packed a delicious punch!
