I had to book this hotel twice because I accidentally selected the wrong date the first time. However, the hotel initially agreed to issue a refund, so I rebooked for the correct date. A few months later, when I followed up on the refund, I discovered that the hotel had changed its decision without informing me. Overall, I believe this is a poor business practice.

Nice hotel, close to metro station that can take you to all attractions in Singapore, very good breakfast, hotel crew very helpful. Room could be little bigger. Check in was a little confused. Definitely would stay again.

Very pleasant venue, at a reasonabe price compared to some of the other hotels in Singapore. Excellent service and overall conditions. Good dining options, and located a five-minute walk from Great World mall.

The room has some problems, the fridge doesn’t wort they bring a different one 2 day later , the mattress was really hard, 3 days later at the bathroom starts licking from the ceiling at 11 pm , any time we take a shower is a lot of water coming out out the the tub no separate shower . Finally the change is to a different room . Our last day. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are cold not enough towels in the pool area. The hotel is not what we expected.
