We checked in late due to taxi issues 11pm. So 100% occupancy. No tv was working. No wifi was working. They interfere with us till 2.30am spoling our sleep. Tje day shift manager was so rude. So we couldnt sleep till 3am and we requested late check out and he unsulted us saying bo. No apologies.

Room is really small and not much space to move around. Bathroom is compact and it took 10 min before getting the hot water..

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The room was too small, beds were too hard. The 2in1 toilet and shower didn't work for me. There was no space to get dressed in the bathroom, after taking a shower the bathroom mat was soaking wet just after a single use. No space to put your luggage. They offered 1 complimentary instant coffee sachet and 1 tea for 2 guest the day we checked-in. After that, they just dropped off clean towels and didn't even bother with house keeping.

A modern, very clean and compact room with excellent air con and block out blind, perfect after a busy day. Although small the shower and amenities provided were outstanding, loads of hot water. Convenient with easy access to buses, trains and shops. Staff friendly and helpful.
