Modern hotel in the Bugis area within walking distance from Bencoolen station which is a great area to easily get to other areas of interest in Singapore. Loved having extra garbage receptacles on each floor, and the gym had nice equipment! Our room had a weird layout and was not the best use of space - it was already small and felt super cramped with 2 large suitcases. Also would prefer to have separation btw the toilet and shower. Light switches were also in 3 different areas around the room, so it was quite annoying to turn them off when leaving the room.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD experience, The staff is VERY VERY RUDE and EXTREMEMLY INSENSITIVE. They didn't co-operate at all despite of our continues request for the situation we faced. Hotels are always welcoming and they make you feel safe in there property. But these people keep showing their hotel policies and keep scaring you and doesn't even understand that you have come with your family from altogether a different place for a holiday. I would highly disapproved this hotel for guests around the world. I am highly disappointed with expedia also for there response when we tried contacting the team regarding the issue we were facing from the hotel end. There is lot to write but i am ending here....BAD HOTEL WITH BAD PEOPLE

Wifi needs upgrading

This hotel has a fantastic location, right in Bugis. The rooms, while small, are very clean and serve their purpose well. However, a major downside is the incredibly poor Wi-Fi. The connection is unstable and drops constantly, making even basic tasks like checking email or browsing the web a frustrating experience. This would be a deal-breaker for anyone needing a reliable connection for work or calls.

this is not a 4star hotel, its changed names and mamagement over the years and is now a glorified hostel... which is fine but if youre expecting a 4star hotel.... it is not. your room doesnt even have a fridge, there is a communal cooking floor (which again fine. but its not a hotel.) also this establishment is cash only, even tho on hotels.com app it is listed as cash payment(in local currency). this isnt true and was frusterating for everyone involved. if youre staying here its good enough, but do not expect 4 star hotel, its probably a 4star hostel at best.
