Good location - variety of eateries and shopping options a short walk away (Albert Food Centre and Bugis+/Junction). Everything in the hotel was compact - reception, lounge, gym, laundry. The rooms were slightly bigger than I was expecting, we booked a nano king room and had enough space for two suitcases to be opened up (when packing). The bed was pushed up against a wall to maximize space so can be tricky for some. Bed was comfy and bedding was clean. The shower area left little too be desired, it is a toilet/shower combo and yes the entire room gets very wet. The basin is outside of the wet room and very small. The room would be more functional if they had better storage solutions, some of the empty walls could do with racks/shelving. They offer housekeeping every 3 days however they came to clean on day 2 but we had dnd on and then they didn't come the next day (not sure how that works). The lifts were a pain, they were slow and very busy, even though there were 3 in use. Would maybe stay again if price was right.

I got double charged despite paying when I had checked in. Trying to contact them by calling and messaging them through expedia was extremely frustrating and the line to guest services keeps getting terminated. They just take your money and cheat you by not helping at all.

I absolutely love staying at this property. The team led by Front Desk Supervisor Anis is incredible. Their dedication to excellent service, helpfulness & recommendations were all part of making my stay wonderful in Singapore. I managed to get the same room as my previous stay and I must say, I absolutely feel so cozy and comfortable. The surrounding area is walkable and lots of restaurants, shops, transit are all so conveniently located. Thank you LYF Bugis, I’ll see you soon.

We had a great stay at Lyf Bugis and it gave us all we needed for 2 nights in Singapore. The room is on the snug side but there was still enough space for a comfortable stay. The staff at check in were very pleasant and helpful and should we have the chance to return to Singapore in the future, we would stay here again no questions asked.

Whilst the rooms are small, they are great if you need a space to stay. Easy to get to a station and travel, plenty of food options available locally and walking distance to Little India. The gym and laundry facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not good. Limited options and every day the same. There was only 4 items daily. Also the rooms are inconvenience. You can here the noise of the other rooms. There was no tea or coffee in the room. When the cleaning staff cleans other rooms you can here the noise in your room, which can't let you sleep. No tea or coffee in room
