Wouldnt recommend.

Room was extremely small and cramped. Not enough space to open our luggages. No air ventilation in shower so room was very damp and humid. Towels had yellow stains on them, bedsheets weren’t changed, shower water temperature doesnt remain constant.

Great location, excellent service.

Hotel Mi is becoming our go-to in Singapore. Great location, reasonable costs & really friendly & helpful staff. We got a late checkout at 13:00 luggage storage & complementary shower room for 45 minutes at 18:00. Will most probably stay here again next time we’re in Singapore.

Walls are paper thin. Just very NOISY. I had one of the less noisy rooms but you can hear a door close 3 doors down. When walking down the hall you can hear every converrsation in every room. Was like having supernatural poers. They said there was a bar behind the hotel and people complain about it. I was facing the inner courtyard so didnt affect me. But when the people in the next room wake up so will you. Location was good but realizing in Singapore it doesnt matter that much. Everywhere you might want to go is too far to walk in the heat but a quick cheap taxi ride. So next time I think I will stay further out and save money.

Not the hotels initial problem, but our neighbours in the surrounding rooms were noisy every single night until they checked out. Staff tried but didn't make any difference. The room is also very small!

Super friendly, centrally located, no frills hotel

Great central location. Less traffic than farther up on Orchard. Three subway lines nearby. This is the best no frills hotel I've stayed at. Rooms are very clean, staff are actually engaged and showed that they cared (thank you Amira, Nuar, Shumei, and many more of you). The rooms are definitely small but comfortable enough for one person of regular build

Location was great, right next to bencoolen stop on the downtown line which was really handy but also an easy 20 or so minute walk to the centre if preferred. Good amenities nearby. Was happy with room - compact but fine for me as solo traveller. Room seemed to have no sound insulation, my sleep was disturbed multiple times from the noise. Also was going to add on breakfast for some days but the hotel doesn't have its own space you just have a discount to the next door cafe if you pre-book so wasn't worth it for me and I just went elsewhere.

Centrally located hotel with easy access to public transport. The rooms are bit too small. However, amenities are good and all of the staff was exceptional. We had a late night flight and had checked out in the morning and left the luggage at the hotel. One of the receptionists, Yash, was kind enough to provide us a room to shower and change when we went back to pick up the luggage. Much appreciated gesture.

Not what I expected

I expected a little more for a superior balcony room. The balcony was nice but there was hardly space to put your stuff or hang clothes. Also there was a lot of noice after midnight and during the early morning children running and screaming in the hallway.

Staff are A+! It's just very noisy with thin walls, with slow AC; but they did provide a fan. Skip the breakfast next door, too greasy, loud, dark room.
