Best resort in Miami …….beautiful palms, beautiful entry like no other ; but Overpriced on all the little things. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING . Small gym for the number of people Locker rooms , door handles , steamer lighting …. Lot of little things need updating The cabanas at soak are extremely over priced anymore for what you get out of it . Ugly uncomfortable couches inside of the now $600-700 cabanas For the money….. the cabanas hot tub is old and needs serious updating Feels 1995 ish The main hot tub at the pool area for everyone is smaller than most hot tubs at residences.

Very beautiful property the aroma as soon as you walk in it’s very nice . I had a balcony room it was beautiful as well overlooking the pool. Only thing is the bar is usually close, but other than that it’s nice!

Great service and very comforting..

We love the 1 hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are immaculate. Room was gorgeous and the food on property was phenomenal. We loved being on the beach and having access to lounge chairs and towels- also so nice to have waiter service on the beach and at the pools!
