The key card leaves much to be desired. I had to, on a few occasions, keep going to desk b/c card didn’t work when I got to elevator . Also pillows are too bulky

Lift to older part of the building has a weird feature that locks you in a non moving lift when key card fails. Reception advise that this is a security feature however Its terrifying as a guest to be locked alone in a lift.I eventually had to prise the door open manually

Beautiful property and excellent location. Cleanliness can be better though, especially with the bathrooms. There was still a bit of stain on the toilet (non-permanent, had to remove it myself)

Rip off

Very average.Needs a good update I have stayed at this hotel in the past but never again. Since they have integrated the old hotel next door it all looks good in the lobby but the rooms are another story? Value for money? My advice is stick to the major hotel groups !
