Location was great - close to light rail and train stations. Quiet even though in the city and close to China Town, restaurants and theatres (The Capitol and Royal Theatre). Staff were excellent and very friendly.

I liked the security of the property and safety of the area. The tram is just across the street and can go straight to the quay, and there are stops along the way for shops, restaurants, or even to darling harbor. And the tram behind the hotel can take you to the Sydney fish market. So, I loved the location. My only issue was the toilet in my room. It was too close to the wall that I had to sit at an angle-ish. I’m a 5’4 stocky/slim filipino guy. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is so secured that the entering it makes you feel to visit a jail. The elevator is so tiny and slow. The staff basically very hard to find. Unless stopped by the reception desk. It seems they lack of staff, so many services can’t provided properly. I found there is no floor mat for showers for two days, I requested, then the next day , the dirty one collected, new one still missed. The shower and bathroom is so tiny, it is like a dollhouses, not a real hotel. Although the price is very high, it is not worth yet.

The hotel is just a few steps from George St and you can get on the tram from right outside the hotel. Lots of bars, pubs, places to eat. The room was very comfortable, modern, very clean and quiet. I will be booking a room at the Capitol next time I visit Sydney CBD.

The room was adequate for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping didn't always make up the room but that could have been just an oversight. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful.
