I enjoyed my 2 night stay here, however, at check-in I was advised that my room was upgraded. During the past decade, I have stayed here many times and am well aware of the standards of the various rooms. Room 919 was certainly not an upgrade, with mould, rust marks and marks on the marble, tiles and carpet. 😕 Not impressed!

Very tidy and clean, great pool area, steam room etc. Great included breakfast with good range and quality. All staff were amazing. Hotel is in a fantastic location. Only downside was a very noisy Air Con Unit in our room.

The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access by train from airport. Walking to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Staff were friendly especially in the Fax Bar. We found breakfast really nice and had dinner there one night too. Reasonably priced and happy hour too. Would use the hotel again as location was perfect
