Bed room was ok, bathroom was rundown with mismatched taps and mold in the shower door screen. Check in was a fuss, checkout went ok. I bity of a hike to get to. Over priced for what you get. Would not recommend, paid for kingsize room but ended up on lower floor with poor views

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri- La, wonderful staff, all very helpful and service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, really clean, everything you need at your fingertips. The Horizon Lounge was a highlight along with the food and views! Can’t beat the views .. perfect. Will definitely be back.
