This is perhaps the finest hotel for solo travelers. Incredibly warm staff with great tips (thanks, Sophie!). Central location, huge breakfast and love that all profits benefit YWCA. Replicate this globally, please! Will be back.

The room was clean but the bedding not very comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have robes and towels for 2 when we arrived ( we booked a corner king suite ). The open closet doesn’t help to make the room look organized and we didn’t have hangers. Excellent location and the personnel were. Wry friendly

This is the place to stay if you value being away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to all the important sites....train stop toCircular Quay is 200 m away and 2 stops.if not a walker........Breakfast service outstanding and room service impeccable.....Staff always friendly and helpful.
