The room very expensive for an overnight stay of not even 24hrs. Breakfast was underwhelming and cold plus you had to pay for a barista coffee.

The staff were average and so were the rooms. The breakfast staff were indifferent. I will never stay there again. I lost my car key, so I tossed everything in the bedroom. The guy in reception wanted me to stay in that room for the rest of the night until I insisted he give me another room. He tried to tell me the system was down.

Overall a good hotel. Great location! Saw comments about small rooms but felt it was a good size bedroom and bathroom. Staff friendly at the desk. Great overnight parking rate. Can be a bit loud on a Friday with outdoor pub close by.

Perfect starting point to explore Sydney— we got everywhere by foot— the Rocks, the bridge, Lavender Bay for kayaking, the Opera House, a food tour in Surrey hills, etc. Our room was small, but clean and we especially appreciated the early check in ( after flying all night).
