Really lovely hotel. Slightly dated interiors but still very smart. Loud TV in the room next door early in the morning - the walls weren’t that thick! But after a call to concierge they sorted it out very quickly (The guest had departed). Lovely staff and fabulous location.

The heritage section of the hotel was beautiful and grand. I had one night in the new section which lacked character. I would recommend the heritage section. It is close to a Neto station with an excellent food market.

This hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff! Everyone was so happy, polite and caring and would do anything to help us have a wonderful stay. Jay in the Club lounge is excellent he does a great job and so accommodating and welcoming. He made us feel very special. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, we will definitely be back :) Highly recommend this hotel AMAZING!!!

Great hotel in a great location

The Fullerton Sydney is a great hotel. We were walking distance from the places we wanted to visit (Opera House, Botanical Garden, Harbour Bridge, etc.) The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend getting a room with Lounge access. Each day, we ate breakfast in the Lounge, had a late lunch in town, and had an evening snack in the Lounge. The savings on meals more than paid for the cost of the Lounge.

Really convenient to everything. There for Sydney Vivid - activity right outside - 10-15 min walk to Circular Quay waterfront, 10 min walk to Darling Harbour for our cruise and we were a stones throw away to shopping as well as train station to Bondi Junction. Staff very friendly we arrived about 10/11:00 am and offered a room that was available. They have a nice lounge area you can use - restaurant on premise. Finding place was confusing as address was 1 Martin place but this was a whole complex that spanned a block - their actual entrance is on Pitt street, but we got there. Gym is excellent and really well equipped. Overall excellent place for our needs, very upmarket and we would go back.
