This hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff! Everyone was so happy, polite and caring and would do anything to help us have a wonderful stay. Jay in the Club lounge is excellent he does a great job and so accommodating and welcoming. He made us feel very special. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, we will definitely be back :) Highly recommend this hotel AMAZING!!!

Faulty towers experience. Room was not ready at 4pm to check-in despite check-in starting at 3pm. Room service meal was very poor in terms of flavour and quality of meat (steak sandwich). Buffet breakfast was incredibly poor, many items having run out by the time we arrived at 10am plus very disorganised staff. We had late check-out but were then locked out of our room early so had to go to reception after breakfast and ask to be let back into our room.

I like staying at the Fullerton, the hotel is centrally located and has a beautiful lobby and historical courtyard. The bar and the nearby restaurant adds more options for business or pleasure travellers alike. The hotel should have in my view also a better gym and spa facilities to make it more appealing.

Attention to details

Started here for my wife’s 60th birthday. Every single element was perfect! We have traveled to more than 60 countries over the last 40 years and this hotel ranks in the best 5 stays ever. Get a hotel room with access to the lounge (phenomenal) and MUST have dinner at the hotel, just magical!

Poor Bar Service.

The Bar at the hotel has the worst service I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. We have experienced this on more than one occasion at this hotel. We have complained before but the situation has not improve. Employ more staff.
