Staff were very friendly during the entire stay and breakfast buffet had plenty of options for all culinarily needs. The location of the hotel in Roppongi was really good especially being close to the Metro station, and walking distance to really good restaurants. The room was small but had everything you needed - quality at its finest.

The main issue with this property is the presence of mold in the bathrooms. The tubs aren't sealed and there is a strong mold smell coming from the bathroom. I was afraid to use the bathroom in my room for that reason. I would try to use the onsen instead. Speaking of which, there is a sauna room that is also moldy in case you wanted more mold. The breakfast was fine. Nothing special and inoffensive. The staff were nice enough, but I get the sense that the cleaning staff doesn't have enough time to pay attention to the rooms since they make you opt into having your room cleaned instead of it being a default choice.

Rooms are very clean but small like most in Tokyo. Breakfast was basic and dining area is also quite basic. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels we stayed in during our Japan travels. They were not able to help with luggage transfers so if you are going on the bully train you might want to find a hotel that does help with this as many others do.

Compared to Candeo, Osaka, this room felt smaller. With that negative out of the way, location, services, breakfast were all A++. The subway, food choices, shopping and 'the view of Tokyo tower' were A+++. But I will look at other hotel options for my next stay.

This property is conveniently located with tons of dining options. Roppongi is far less crowded compared to areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Tattoo friendly onsen was also a major factor in choosing this hotel.
