Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were great and the room was always kept clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was available but the options were quite limited. Mainly Thai dishes like congee, green curry, tom yum soup with rice, salad, corn and broccoli. The small continental section had scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, bread, brioche buns with whipped butter and blueberry/strawberry jams, plus yoghurt with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Drinks included apple juice, Thai milk tea and filter coffee. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but overall it was a good stay and great value.

The room was very uncomfortable because it was very small and I'm only one staying in the room, It was challenging to adjust the AC control and everything on TV is on Japanese language so I can't watch the news in US.

Great location one block from subway station and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great staff and coin laundry available! Free pjs, water refill and tea/coffee station in the lobby were a nice touch!

Our room was so small that it was almost unusable. Almost. Coffee service in the lobby wasn't available when we most wanted it. It was a machine for crying out loud. Something wrong there. Bathroom had the best shower I've ever seen in my life. Almost like being immersed. I want one. Very nice staff.

We greatly enjoyed our time here with a wonderful staff and a "central" location (whatever "central" might mean in a city like Tokyo). The room was a tad cramped by an overly large bed. We could have settled for a smaller bed if it meant we could store our stuff more easily. But at least it was comfortable. We would have liked more breakfast options as well. Overall, a good stay.

Rooms are too small, can’t even place luggage on the floor without sliding it under the beds, no window that you can see through. Thai real fast could use some variety for westerners. Clean and modern hotel but no amenities.
