Hotel staff were phenomenal in looking after us. Hotel was very clean and quiet. There is a train stop right next to the hotel so it is convenient to get to many parts of Tokyo.

The staff could not answer several questions: public transport to the airport (you have to pay for the shuttle). The pool was by reservation only and around 40$ per day. There was no availability. You had to pay for the fitness too. All in all, I had expected to have free facilities considering the price I already paid for the room.

Staff were fantastic HOWEVER…. Important information if you are choosing this hotel because of the gym- Expedia does not share that there is a fee of 2500 Y/ per person per day. It is NOT included in your hotel stay. We were able to exercise outside at 5:30 am before it got hot. Besides this - of a gym or payment for usage doesn’t matter to you- highly recommend this hotel!! Incredible view from our room, excellent temperature and quiet!!

Staff are so amazing and friendly. We stayed in the executive suite with breakfast included and would highly recommend if it is within your budget. The location is easily accessible to transit to get to downtown / main tourist locations. There are also some really nice sights in the immediate walkable area. Found the access to the shopping malls really helpful for all the convenient dining options. Would love to stay again if we return to Japan!

This hotel was incredible from the moment we arrived. Everyone was very kind and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, and it was incredibly convenient with the train station right outside, as well as a Lawson’s and cafe. Malls are all around with great dining and shopping options. Everything you could possibly imagine is provided in the room and restocked every day. I was very impressed how the pajamas seemed to fit me and my daughter so well, we are women’s M and XL, they catered to us personally without expecting this at all. The complimentary water bottles daily, travel towels, and toiletries were all top notch. We refilled our water bottles with the ice machine every morning. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely and were high quality. The view of the city was unbelievable. I regret not taking advantage of any of the hotel restaurants, they looked delicious. The airport limousine bus brought us directly to the hotel and took us back to the airport, very easy. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Loved that they had all the toiletries you need including toothbrushes and the hotel slippers are so comfy! Train is very close to hotel which is great. Only downside is that dining and shopping is a bit far but still had a wonderful stay.

Great location, unless your goal is good food

The Grand Nikko is excellently situated for Tokyo Disney and it's also easy to get into central Tokyo via the Yurikamome train line (which is scenic). The immediate area is touristy with several malls and a small beach. The boat ride from there to Asakusa is lovely. If you're looking for great food, this is not a great location. The hotel itself has several dining options, but the 30th floor restaurants are very expensive and one of the cafes is not open at night. Most other nearby food options are fast food-ish. The hotel itself is fine except for the hard beds and too-squishy pillows common to hotels worldwide. Staff are extremely helpful.
