Staff was great. Housekeeping was really good. Building was in a great location and safe. Near trains. Food nearby. Quiet. Rooms and beds are extremely small but other then that, would recommend

Nice place to stay for the price, room was smaller than expected for sure but mainly used it to rest sleep and shower after walking and sight seeing. 7/11 and Family Mart within 2 minutes walking down stairs, train station so close and a food places within walking distance. You can have your room cleaned just place the magnet on your door, fresh towels and tooth brushes provided along with 2 bottles of water. AC could be just a few degrees colder in summer but was just fine. Would stay again but maybe a larger room next time!

It was close the stations so that made it easier to gonto and from the main city attractions. Convenient and restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff that was able to assist with any questions I had.

The property was updated and the front desk staff were helpful. The A/C got everyone in our party sick. There was thick dust in the room and around the hotel. Everyday I woke up feeling like I have daggers in my throat. I have stayed in places like Vegas where they allow smoking everywhere and never felt this sick. I still have mucus and I have left several days ago. It was close to the train but far from the city.

The front desk help were accommodating from our moment of arrival, providing a pleasantly surprising gift bag for each of our students (the snacks helped for touring with children the next day). The room is expectedly compact but was clean, offering pajamas, slippers, water bottles, and hygienic amenities. The morning offered a wonderful extensive pastry selection with coffee, tea, or cocoa. Overall, we enjoyed the walkable train transportation stations which we used for DisneySea, Shibuya, Tokyo Tower, as well as the Narita airport, convenient pastry breakfast, and kind front desk help.

Pros: Close from the subway station. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Minutes from the Emperor's Palace and great for running. The bread in the morning was good. Cons: The room was tiny and there was hardly any space for a suitcase. There were not as many amenities as other Japanese hotels (like make-up remover or lotion) The ice machine was super slow and was not making enough ice cubes. The receptionists were not very friendly.

This hotel is a gem. You'll have to walk for food, but there are good choices not far. And hey, you came to see this magnificent city. Not eating in your hotel. The room are small. Yes, they'll fit two, but you better be in love! The bathrooms, esp the showers, are the best! Just very compact! I'm 6 feet and I had no problems. All in all, cozy

Friendly staff, clean accomodations, great small bites breakfast. Hosts were fluent in English which made our stay much more welcoming and accessible; though ourbhumble attemtps at Japanese seemed to help. Great location with several combinis nearby, as well as Hamzomon station. Mahiro was an amazing host, who gave great recommendations and provided excellent assistance with local transport, as well as appropriate spots for our group to visit!
