Easy check in & out service with english speaking staff. Everything was as expected from booking. Room a little small and not a lot of rubbish disposable but their was room clean service that resolved this. Thank you so much!

Nest Hotel was very clean and welcoming and you get what you paid for. In the lobby, there would be pastries in the morning hours, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The room itself is very nice and you can ask for room cleaning everyday if need be. The reception was available for any inquiries we had, including reserving a taxi for us at 5am to make it to the airport. The only limiter I would say would be the location since it is located in a quieter business area if you're looking for a place that is bustling. However, since our goal on the trip was to explore all the different places in Tokyo (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, etc.), Hanzomon was very central so everything was pretty much a 20 minute subway away.

we had to use the room freshener very often to get rid the smell in the room. the size of the room will be okay if you travel alone. But you may still feel very tight and claustrophobic in some degree.

the facility is not well maintained .lobby is dirty , and always full in luggage form guests .one ice machine in the hotel and small , breakfast options is bad . rooms smalls , fridge not cooling . dirty hallways . is the worst property i ever booked in expedia and believe me , i did i a lot before ,don’t book in this hotel.

Nice place to stay for the price, room was smaller than expected for sure but mainly used it to rest sleep and shower after walking and sight seeing. 7/11 and Family Mart within 2 minutes walking down stairs, train station so close and a food places within walking distance. You can have your room cleaned just place the magnet on your door, fresh towels and tooth brushes provided along with 2 bottles of water. AC could be just a few degrees colder in summer but was just fine. Would stay again but maybe a larger room next time!

It was close the stations so that made it easier to gonto and from the main city attractions. Convenient and restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff that was able to assist with any questions I had.
