I didn't like that they only do cleaning in the room only after 6 nights stay, which we did. Washing machine in the room was working well until the 4th day when the laundry won't dry or when it did, it stank. I m unsure what is wrong with it, though I must say, it was the best thing in the room. We had a room with a tiny kitchenette. You got to make your own beds and honestly, what is a holiday when you gotta make your own bed in a hotel? Hotel staff were helpful and helped us when my child fell ill to look for a nearby English speaking clinic. They helped us booked a cab on our way back too. Area is very convenient and walkable to all the major shops and tsukji market.

Nice quiet well equipped room with a washer/dryer. The coffee machine in the lobby was so nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Staff were very helpful. We did have an issue with our hotel room opening but they quickly moved us to another room and even helped with our bags. Bags were in the room waiting for us as we sent them via luggage transport service.

We stayed here as needed a washing machine as travelling for a month. The hotel is excellently positioned, but that is for me the only positive. The food was awful and repetative, but I do have high standards were food is concerned, so that may be me! The hotel felt like a UK caravan bathroom had the plastic mouldings you get on a caravan and walls had same plastic coverings and edgings you get in a caravan. The size of rooms were very small. ( and yes I have been to Tokyo before so aware that space is limited) The washing machine was not user friendly and ended up ruining some clothes. Everything about this place is basic and I think I will book a better place next time and pay for laundry.

Property is in a great location in Ginza, it is easy to get to where you need to be from this hotel. The room was a decent size for Tokyo standards and having a washer/dryer was really useful.

When we arrived we were informed that there would be additional charges for cleaning of the room. This was not known to us at the time of booking. It would be great if the people booking this hotel where made aware of this additional charge.
