Great location. Very close to the new station. Room smells somewhat stale. Breakfast was great. Front desk is not as friendly as some other hotels. It was great that toilet is separate from bathtub but could not get an extra bar/bottle of soap for the toilet.

The hotel itself was very nice but we felt basic amenities, like water, were missing. When I asked, the staff said that I had to buy water from a vending machine in the hotel! There is a large construction site right across from the hotel so the view is not nice. But it's convenient for Haneda and close to 2 train lines. Overall, good but not sure if it's worth the price.

Great hotel

Situated slightly outside of the main areas, it's ideal if you need to take the shinkansen the next day as it's exceptionally close to the station. I always prefer to travel from Shinagawa to catch the shinkansen as it's a lot friendlier to navigate than Tokyo station. The hotel is clean, modern and the room are surprisingly spacious.

Solid option love the laundry

Great hotel chain. Love the laundry machine and microwave. While the train lines are nearby and convenient, just a note that it’s not the best neighborhood for home base as sight seers. Not a ton of food options nearby and everything is huge so walking takes a while (more than other neighborhoods) but the hotel it’s great.

Holiday.

Hotel located just 50m from metro station. A 7 eleven store about 500m away. Lobby provides free coffee making machine from 7 am to 2330pm. A vending maching selling hot and cold drinks plus asahi beer. Smoking room just beside it. Tap the room key in the lift and it will automatically detect your room level. Comfortable bed, clean room which plus points are washings/dryer machine and microwave machine.

My wife and I are from USA and we stayed here for 12 days over New Years. Loved this hotel!! The staff is very friendly, rooms are big enough and beds are very comfy. We got twin beds. We paid for the daily breakfast which made it nice not to have to find breakfast every morning. Great selection of food. We loved the area! Very quiet and it's more residential and not at all touristy. So it was very quiet and relaxed. We loved walking around the neighborhood. The hotel is a 10min walk to Takanawa station on the green line and a 1min walk to the Shengakuji station. Between both stations we could get to anywhere and everywhere in Tokyo within 20min. This was a great hotel to stay! I highly recommend it.

It was the biggest hotel room we had throughout our 2 week stay in Japan. A few dining options around at various prices, Lawsons and 7 Eleven nearby. Close to two different train stations all going to Shinagawa Station. The Shinkansen stops there and then you can either walk 15 mins to the hotel or catch one of the other lines to be closer to it. We didn't have breakfast there. Washer/dryer super hard to work out. Pillows very flat, queen size bed great.
