The beds were great! There was music being played by someone on the 1st floor pool area, i suspect they fell asleep with music on, or maybe left it on accidently, anyhow, we had to hear crappy pop/r&b until i finally caved and closed our patio door at 2:30 am. Not a huge fan of the paper QR codes to exit parking. They were difficult to scan.

Amazing place... clean and staff is amazing... altought they are sneaky about not telling you they will charge you 33 dollars for parking a day. They take it from your deposit. You are kind of forced to pay it because they dont give you the option or even mention it to you.. they just give you the pass so you can park there. But never mention it to you.

The steak I ordered wasn’t prepared correctly 2 x , and the room key didn’t work 2 x when I went back after walking all the way back to the front desk , then it happened again ; a short weekend nonetheless disappointed; your one staff member at the front desk was the only one who seemed to care she took charge of the situation and fixed like the only one to work in hospitality. Kudos to her.

Bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Toilet had a blackish ring, was an apple slice on the floor, and the floor looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Room smelled a little funky as well which isn’t a good first impression. Lots of food places and hotel backs up next to a grocery store. However lots of sketch characters and homeless folks hanging around the hotel parking lot and behind the grocery store which made it feel unsafe to walk around.

Location is convenient to Venice and the airport. Beds were comfortable and pool was nice! There is only 1 functioning treadmill in the gym and no water, which feels like it’s breaking a health code? My room also wasn’t cleaned the entire week I was there despite the fact that they asked at the front desk and I said every other day. Overall, nice for a night but as an active person I wouldn’t stay here again given the condition of the gym.

property location is convenient to stores, restaurants and movie theater A plus for that. Our room, however, was unsatisfactory. It was a handicap suite, it was also the only room available so we had no choice. The biggest issue was the odor of mold coming from the AC unit in the living area, the bedroom was okay. There was a table over the unit and at the bottom of legs was mold, and it was very dark. Other irritating issues were the door into the suite was loose so it rattled all the time someone walked by, it always sounded like someone was trying to get into the room. The toilet paper holder next to the toilet was about to fall off, needed to be screwed back into the wall. And lastly the refrigerator was not defrosted. Unless they fix it do NOT check into room 368.

There’s quite a few restaurants across the street which were really good and convenient. Felt safe to walk alone during night. Staff were nice and welcoming. Downside is how noisy it is from the highway being so close, homeless people walked the back side of the building some nights and the AC didn’t always work. Doors also didn’t open easily upon entry making it hard to get in the room with a stroller. Also, was left without towels after a cleaning.
