Stay here if you have a short layover in SIN

A great place to stay if you have a short layover in Singapore and don’t want to pay by the hour inside the airport. It’s a short train ride from the airport and the hotel was very nice and front staff was great.

The boss at this hotel is unpleasant and extremely rude. She displayed the worst attitude when checking me into the hotel and telling me the various rules. For instance, when informing me that smoking is not permitted, she acted as if I were a smoker, when I’ve never smoked in my entire life. The other staff at the hotel are professional and kind. The boss needs to become a leader and learn a thing or two about mannners and professionalism from her own staff.

I booked for three people and realized it only had one queen bed. I complained last night, and they gave me a fold-out bed, with no charge for the extra bed..thank god ! Abit waste my time!

Poor communication and poor arrangement. Stuffs wasn’t helpful and friendly. The room is not as clean. I don’t see this as a 4 star hotel and I won’t pay this prices again for this hotel.

Very poor breakfast service

The breakfast was a total mess. The bread was old; the food was not an international variety as it used to be when under the (Capri by Fraser Management!!!). Table were cleaned very slowly; food was not replenished at normal intervals. During all of the days I was there there were several items missing from the breakfast buffet.

Very quiet and very clean hotel Limited staff Nice pool but no staff around Same for the restaurant, not very attractive and the food not so good .. Couldn’t regulate the Aircon in the room Good for the business anyway
