Stayed because I was going to the Utilita Arena and then out to a bar on Broad Street. This was perfect. Id read from another review that its quiet although its on Broad Street and next to clubs. Its true! I couldnt hear a thing on 13th floor. My room was opposite the lifts which concerned me but again I wasnt disturbed. It was a quick easy walk to Utilita and at 3am after the club there was security on the doors on Broad Street so I felt completely safe. You need your room card to make the lifts work so again it feels very safe. Over all a great stay.

Only thing I would have liked would have been fried eggs at breakfast not just scrambled

Perfect hotel for the night before a flight from Birmingham Airport. Ideally situated, great rooms, great food.

Great stay as usual.

This hotel was about 10/15 mins walk from the Birmingham Utilita Concert Arena which is why we booked it. The lifts to the rooms were a bit of a faff to use as you had to swipe your room key/card

Love this hotel , great location
