Everything about my day was well. The staff was great. The rooms were great. The hotel is in a great location.

The hotel met all my expectations and the Reception / Guest service exceeded them. Thank you!

So you save a dollar a day by making the soap , shampoo, and conditioner squirt tiny drops at a time but by the time a guest has stood there for several minutes pumping and pumping just to get enough to wash their hair, you've more than lost it in guest perception of the hotel. Not to mention the likely cost of the water, just standing there pumping. It feels very much like the sort of thing where you pinched a penny but helped your guest in the eye, leaving them with a very sour perception of the hotel.
