I like the accessibility of the underground parking. It was very convient for a hotel in Downtown LA. The staff were always accommodating and helpful. Also, always love being greeted with a warm walnut chocolate chip cookie!

Bathroom looks very dated. Long wait for elevator. Lobby is very messy. Windows of the room is covered with thick layer of dirt. For the type of hotel facility and quality of room, the room price being charged is way over priced.

Third stay at this hotel

This hotel is close enough and walking distance from the Amtrak station and to the historic Broadway Station to take the Metro. It's also I'm walking distance to other places like liyttle Tokyo, Olvera Street and Grand Central Market. The only thing I question about safety at this hotel is why there are No Locks on the windows. I could hear outside noises really well so I went to check to make sure my window was closed. On our last stay, I noticed that there were no locks on the windows of the 18th floor and it seems very unsafe for everyone especially children.

Our rooms a/c unit was broken and would not drop under 74°f throughout the whole day. When I called to the front desk. They initially sent a technician who wasn't not able to fix it. Afterwords we requested a new room but was denied due to hotel being sold out. Hotel was only able to give a completely parking for one night.
