Location is excellent & we have enjoyed our trips in the past. This time however, the hotel switched one of our coastal view rooms to a pool deck room (downgrade) and failed to provide statements for the duration of our stay- 2 rooms x 4 nights. We definitely have questions about the charges to our credit cards. We have called several times and have left several messages for accounting and now the general manager, without any results. This is very shady behavior.
Also, we were denied beach chairs which should be included in amenities (they were last year) so we would definitely like a refund for that!
