Location

Very good location to the shopping malls. The room is clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable and pillows also very comfy to rest got your back when sitting on bed. But was too told to sleep for me. So I slept with folded towel. The lift extremely busy and slow during breakfast time. We waited 40 mins one morning. They filled all guest from the upper floor so if you are staying lower(we were on 15) floor you have no room to fit inside the lift. They have 3 lifts and only 2 are working at the moment

We paid extra for the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection every morning, however on several occasions we were asked to pay, and at the end of our stay we were also given an invoice for the price of breakfast, although we had paid and showed this evidence several times. The rooms were nice and comfortable, however it was definitely difficult with only having three working elevators, even with the fourth in operation it seems as though it may not be enough.

The hotel and staff were great. The problem is the elevators two were broken and it was really inconvenient to wait every time to get to and from our room. Other than that it’s great!

Nice, but just ok

Some stains on hallway carpet Lavatory faucet handle kept falling from on position. One of the pillows smelled musty. Towels were not fluffy. Wood floor in room was really scratched up and felt crumbs on floor when walking barefoot.

Excellent location in the heart of Orchard Road.

Excellent location in the heart of Orchard Road, the main shopping street of Singapore. The hotel is literally a couple of minutes to the Orchard MRT/subway station. That said, the property is a little aged and could do with an update. For example, it does not have any phone charging outlets in the room.
