The hotel has a great location with easy access to public transport and a supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning view. Receptionist were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! Really nice private beach!!

Unfortunately the room we paid for was unavailable. Staff were helpful and upgraded us from half board to HB premium but our family were split between two rooms for our entire stay, very disappointing!! We should have been told before we arrived, giving us an opportunity to stay somewhere that could accommodate us.

Poor elevator experience

The lifts were really terrible. Routinely skip floors and it's very inconvenient esp in the mornings. Also having all bars and breakfast lounges on the top floors doesn't help at all.

I am hard to please. I’m notorious for it. But this trip to this hotel was brilliant. From the moment we checked in with supervisor Heba, to the check out, it was fantastic. I will be back. Simply put, I never do that. The Irish pub, the Tiki restaurant, the buffet, the spa, the salon all of it brilliant. Everyone warm and welcoming and so friendly and kind.

Located in a crowded pedestrian walking/shopping area near the beach. Always lively. Major drawback is traffic jams into and out of the neighborhood from mid-afternoon to late evening, though that's not the hotel's "fault." Hotel facilities and staff were fine.
