Great staff!! And food and drinks were amazing

Room was clean, location was good dinner and breakfast was a little disappointing

I really enjoyed my meal and cocktail at the hotel Mexican restaurant. The location was great and so was the view from my hotel room. The staff was wonderful from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. They were also extremely helpful, when I left something in my room after I checked out the staff went up and retrieved it for me. If I find myself back in Cleveland in the future I would stay here again.

I especially liked all the art, the paintings and installations.

Twyla in the restaurant and Beth at the front desk are awesome employees. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Beautiful building, and some of the staff was very friendly, but it’s expensive, the rooms need refreshing and cleaning. The glass ceiling was leaking, the room service was expensive and not good.
