Great location earls court. Rooms modern and clean; bed comfy; rooms are small. Staff helpful.

The hotel was in a great location for using public transport and had very clean rooms. The only downside we had was that our room was super warm on the evening and we couldn't open the window and there was no temperature control for the room that we could see. Aside from that we had a great experience staying here for the 1 night!

I don’t use the gym, but I miss the dresser with drawers in the room and the wine and hors d oeuvres in the evening for the club rooms.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops

The only issue is it lacks working space for business travellers as all the tables are too low down and many people have given the same feedback. Otherwise its location is great, quality hotel for the price and staff are very amenable. Rooms are on quiet carpeted corridors and very spacious and new with everything you need.

A little confusing at check in because i have hearing issues. The dialects of employees was hard for me to understand, fortunately i had a companion that hears better.
