The property is located in the best possible location for seeing London. The property was very well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very minimal and well-designed room and comfortable bed. It would be nice if there was a small wardrobe.

Stay was great. They had a protest in London near the hotel and it took us and extra hour and a half to get into the hotel

They exceeded ourselves and made my wife's birthday extra special. Really enjoyed the stay and very convenient location

Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable. Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again.

I booked a solo traveller room which was such a lovely experience. Good space, clean and comfortable. Felt at ease.
