Beautiful quiet setting in parkland surrounds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel if we need to stay in Geelong.

The venue was run down and there was no facilities to grab a snack or a vending machine or anything on site. I have never been to a place like this that had nothing available after 8pm. The continental breakfast was extremely disappointing and I was so embarrassed to even say anything in front of my kids as this was supposed to be a special mum and kids trip. We ended up going to maccas after checkout!

Beautiful setting in native garden surrounds. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable. Some common areas could do with some work and the parking near the rooms was a bit confusing.

If I had not found this property on the internet, I would never have known it was there. Tucked away between a golf course and the Botanical gardens it was a great find for me as often I find outdoor noise can prevent me from sleeping, but this property was a blessing to find. It was a little bit of a rabbit warren to find my room and to get to a fantastic breakfast, but it was worth it. Next time I return to Geelong, I will be staying here again.

I requested a room with a queen bed and we got a room with a double bed and a single bed in it. Room was a bit small. Bathroom was small but very functional. The property was a bit outdated but clean. Window in the room did not open. The surrounding gardens are stunning. Breakfast was great, I would recommend the property if given the room I requested.

Pretty nice property, the facilities are a little bit run down and the location is close to central geelong if you have a car. The room itself was nice and clean, some of the items were rusting such as the garbage bins. Good service and the continental breakfast was a nice bonus.
