Room too hot when first arrived, adjusted air conditioning then it was fine. Made reservation for dinner for 6pm. 5 mins later reception phoned me and said restaurant is full until 7pm! Very disappointing, so didnt get dinner!

Always stays in this hotel when I fly out of Haneda airport. Location is perfect as less than 10 minutes shuttle bus ride to the airport (you can see the runways from some rooms) and the convenience store&sukiya are just across the road. Room is spotlessly clean always and all the amenities are available for guests to pick up. A ** hotel highly recommended.

Perfect location and free airport shuttle.

Fabulous hotel and incredible value for money. Friendly assisted check in and everything was explained well. Lovely room with a view on the 11th (top) floor. Highly recommend before an early flight. The free transfer bus takes just 7 minutes to T3 and the staff are so helpful. (Can’t understand the bad reviews). It is popular so get there 15 minutes beforehand.

Hotel Jal City is one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in while in Japan. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the lobby is nice. Bathrooms are top notch. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. The are around the hotel has some very good restaurants including yakiniku and ramen. Shuttle to the airport makes travel between extremely easy. Overall great experience each time I’ve stayed here.
