Short family staycation weekend

Hotel and staff were great, especially during check in. Only wished there was basement carpark as parking is at open area without shelter. Convenient location, with a small integrated mall under the hotel with some restaurants. The bigger malls are nearby walking distant. Breakfast spread was surprisingly large, though the food was just alright. It’s really a nice and cozy hotel, and would recommend to stay again.

Great location with close proximity to lots of shopping, food, transportation hubs and walking trails along the bay. Staff were top tier and helped me track down my lost phone that got left in a cab one evening. Exceeded our expectations and were very communicative weeks before our arrival. We will be back!

Excellent! Save for needing a gym equiment refresh, everything else about our stay was top tier. The staff go above and beyond. They even helped me track down my phone that I accidentally left in a taxi one night. Great proximity to shopping, lots of food options, walking trails along the bay, bus terminals and an MRT station right outside. We will be back!

This is my first time to stay at this hotel. During my 12 days stay, I enjoyed the outstanding services provided by the hotel staff team. I want to particularly thank Mr. Yeo and Chandra for their great services at the front desk and the lounge, and Ms. Radha for her daily care of my room. The hotel is located at a convenient place, close to a MRT station, a supermarket, multiple food centers, several shopping malls and various restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. I will definite come back. A small negative thing is: it seems that we cannot adjust the AC temperature. I had to turn off the AC from time to time as it felt a bit too cold.

It was a great staycation. The hotel building is a bit old but the hotel itself is well maintenanced and clean. I stayed in the Peranakan Club room and it's huge. The bed is AMAZING, not too soft, not too hard, just form enough yet cocooning for great night sleep. Location is superb with a supermarket downstairs, plenty food options within the building and just right outdoor. There are many small malls around the corner. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the team at the Club lounge. Strongly recommend the Club level rooms, very value for money.

Charming Stay with Local Flavour.

Location: Right in Katong, close to East Coast Park, MRT lines, bus stops, Parkway Parade, hawker centers, supermarkets, and local eateries. Room is spacious, clean, and has large bathroom with rain showers.

The carpet throughout the hotel was in complete disrepair, the air conditioning in our room was very ineffective, there was an odor of mold in our room, the lounge chair in the room was more appropriate for a kitchen table and was very uncomfortable, there was loud construction going on outside of the room, we had to call down to the front desk 3 times to get them to fix the broken safe, etc. Overall, we had a very negative experience and I would certainly not return not recommend the hotel to a friend of family member.
