The staff was courteous and helpful, but I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The bed linens were of poor quality—my nightwear ended up covered in lint from the bedsheet, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the cupboard space was very limited and lacked proper coverage, making it difficult to store my belongings neatly. Overall, the room could use some improvements to enhance comfort and cleanliness.

Johnathan in particular really went out of his way to ensure we were accommodated. We were there for a surgery at Cedar Sinai and a bit preoccupied. The room was comfortable and we were rested before the big day. Thank you.

There is a number of things wrong. The one that really hits is the manager making false accusations about our son who is 1. Just because he was making noise with a microphone that has an alien voiceover doesn’t mean anything else. There is mold and the front door doesn’t open and close properly. Used shampoo, water bottle seal was broken. Creamer was sticky. No screens on windows. Outdated electrical. Room wasn’t clean. We got to the room late so we didn’t notice everything at nighttime. Poor lighting. Hard to see at night. Spiderwebs everywhere and other insects. The power went out for over two hours (just our unit) they have electricity problems and customers service problems. They refused a full refund after he said he would.
