The Elevator was not working. Traveling with my wife that is on a leg cast was not ideal having to go up and down stairs. When we first checked in we asked if the elevator was going to be fixed and the man behind the counter snapped back saying that it had been out of service for a long time and that if I wanted a refund and look for another hotel he would do that. That came across as rude because I wasn’t asking for a refund, my only question was if it was going to be fixed during our stay. We decided to stay there because most of our trip was in and around Chinatown LA. Not happy at all with the service.

Great spot walkable to Dodger stadium. Free hot breakfast with pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, and more. Loved the LA and Dodger decor and game snacks/water. Underground parking small but sufficient. Other cheap lots nearby and lots of Chinese food in Chinatown. Across from school and near gas station. Only complaint no working elevator so lots of stairs with bags was a pain.

The surrounding area was a little sketchy when arriving but overall it a super cool town. Plenty of places to take cool photos. We walked to dodgers stadium. The hotel itself was very clean dm the staff were really nice.

Staff was super kind, but the room was clean but my bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were super hard and scratchy. There was nothing open when I came back from the game and it is not a 13 minute walk to Dodger Stadium. I’m a little frustrated because that was one of the reasons why I stayed there.

Our room was on the 4th floor. We could take the stairs if we wanted. Nope. Found another place. It almost seemed like they WANTED us to not stay there. Hmmmm...
