Great stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The building was well-maintained with vintage pieces of flair to really make you feel like you're in old school Hollywood. Outside of valet, parking options were pretty limited. The diner downstairs was great! We mostly ordered take-out and ate in the room!

Heater/air didn’t work/there was a flashing light in the room over the door that kept flashing and kept us up all night/ and I almost fell in the bathroom…very slippery floor with no handicap rail and no floor mat. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

This hotel is suitable for a business trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, but the shower took a long time to get hot water. I was pleased with the staff's service; they were polite and did everything quickly.

Lived the retro vibes, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the air conditioner was broken but thankfully it was cool with windows open. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on coming back again!

Great staff but that was about it's only perk. Had to pay a daily resort fee for a pool with a heater that was not working? The mini fridge was broken and was like a freezer instead. Rooms only cleaned after so many days which leaves you with over flowing garbages and damp towels and musty clothes as there is zero ventalation in the rooms. Not in close proximity to many attractions.

I enjoy staying here as this is a nice place in a great area and also on top of Swingers. One change I hadn’t expected was the valet / parking cost is no longer included as part of the resort fees (it had been around the same time last year), which had heavily influenced the decision to rent a car knowing there would be no additional costs or fees, so that was an unexpected surprise I had not budgeted for. Also we had stayed in the ‘romantic suite’ with the round bed, and although this room was huge and cool, it is not very romantic when there is no actual bathroom door so you can hear and see everything your partner is doing with absolutely no privacy… it looks like there used to be another door in there, but it had been removed for some reason so there is only one door that swings with no lock etc. which also gave the whole room a bit of a dated and run down feel. So definitely a bit of a weirder vibe this time around. I would still stay here again but this is the type of thing to be aware of beforehand that would have been helpful information when selecting a room, rental car for the trip etc.
