We got a reservation out of desperation because the hotel we had a reservation at sold the room we were supposed to have (due to a miscue on my part.) The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The barhrooms need attention, there’s rust and caulking by the sinks looks moldy. When I was checking in there was a transient in the lobby claiming he was Mr. Hilton and demanded a room. Eventually was escorted out. I wanted a glass of wine for the end of the day, but the bar closed at 10pm and their convenience shop didn’t have small bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Overall, I have been waiting to stay at this hotel for a while. It was great in the lobby. The staff was great and excellent! The room was good. However, the bathroom light in the shower was not working, Nor the fan in the bathroom either so it made it stuffy after taking a shower. We did notice that he could hear outside the window from somewhere when I checked the window. It was not able to be locked and it opened about 5 -10 inches. When I tried to close it, the seal would not keep it shut, even though we were on the eighth floor. There was still a ledge that you never know someone could climb up and try to break in the room. Needless as a stay overall was great. It was right around the corner from a friend‘s place and easy access to take the train to go to dodger Stadium. Oh yeah, I especially loved the warm chocolate chip cookie when we checked in I normally don’t leave reviews but because of the shower and the window, I just wanna make sure others enjoy their day as well! Thank you!!!!

I love how close it is to Little Tokyo and 7Eleven. The rooms are kind of old and bathroom could be renovated. However, the gym and garden were beautiful.

Bathrooms are very clean but poorly designed. No fans in bathroom. Poor lighting. Due to a solid glass panel you must be in the shower to turn water on. Sprays everywhere. Eating and drinking options are very expensive. $36 plus tip for 2 mixed drinks. Staff was great. Hotel very clean.
