We were in town for a concert. Stayed 2 nights enjoyed the city. Staff was great and friendly. This is an older embassy. So expect things to be a little run down, but overall clean!

Great hotel near the airport

It was a wonderful stay. Has a nice bar nearby with also room service and food that you can pick up locally. The breakfast buffet in the morning was superb. They even have an omelette bar, which was very nice. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony outside and separate living room, which was an added bonus.

Pros: I liked that the breakfast area was spacious and pretty. The breakfast itself was good, but I wish there had been more variety, especially since I stayed for several days. Cons: The bathtub in Room #412 was clogged, and the hot water was unstable during showers. The bathroom door lock in Room #712 didn’t work. I did not receive the complimentary drinks during check-in for my 4-night stay (2 rooms). The receptionist didn’t mention any snacks or offer complimentary bottled water, unlike another receptionist (Montreo?) who offered water to other guests. I’m not sure why we were treated differently. Thanks God, the 2nd time checked in for a night we had the complimentary drink & found the snacks! On 4/26 around 5:30 PM, I waited 47 minutes for the shuttle, even though both the receptionist and the advertisement said it would arrive every 25–30 minutes. I wish there were a digital display showing the estimated shuttle arrival time. The parking basement is difficult to locate for first-time guests since it’s tucked in a small corner on the left. A large, clear sign saying "Parking Basement This Way!" would be very helpful.

Excellent hotel for a stopover. Regular free shuttle to LAX was so helpful. Walking distance to a couple of food options. Hotel restaurant for breakfast was easy and lots of options. Staff were super helpful and rooms were a really good size for 2A2C with a small kitchenette but awesome to have a separate lounge area

Lipstick on a Pig!

Everything at the property outside the room appears to be fresh and clean, but the room was anything but! I would let you tell me what the side of the mattress looks like it has on the side of it, but suspiciously the app for this survey isn't letting me add photos! The pull out couch smelled like urine with urine stains. The advertised hours listed for the pool/spa were not as advertised. Remote control for bedroom didn't work! Area off the patio by sliding door smelled like cigarettes, so at one time someone definitely smoked in this room! In the end, management made some consolations to accommodate the issues, so overall we're forgiving.

The staff is very unfriendly, the guy helped us checkin had no any smile, when we checked out , the lady was same, no any smile, she helped the customer behind us first , that was okay , but no any apologies from her. We stayed in other embassy suites which was much better than this one . Advise from me don’t choose this hotel. Ooh and shower was horrible too, but not bad as their front desk.

I was very disappointed. The jacuzzi was very dirty and the covering around tub broken. Pool very dirty. Sliding glass door hinges rusted and hard to use. Air vent was not properly installed in bathroom. See pictures

Everything went well. However, the Hotel imposed unreasonable charges on us without prior notice. On checking out, the Hotel charged us “ LA Employee protection fee” in the amount of $16.15 on a daily basis for our entire stay for 6 days. These charges are unreasonable and unfair.
